Today’s workplace is vastly different than it was 30 years ago. It used to be that a business could rely on a single team in a single location to get things done. These days, business is more diverse, dynamic and distributed than ever before. Decisions have to be made fast, teams need to align quickly and time can’t be wasted on repetitive, manual tasks. Consequently, companies that rely on decades-old, legacy work systems may find they aren’t agile enough to compete and stay relevant.

G Suite makes this possible. It transforms the way teams collaborate, with intelligent tools that help them solve problems faster and focus their time on work that matters. Google had recently announced new, intelligent updates to G Suite to give businesses even more ways to manage projects—like closing a sales deal or bringing a new product to market—from one place.

G Suite is a cloud-based work productivity suite. It enables your teams to communicate, collaborate and get work done effectively from anywhere and on any device. G Suite is very easy to set up, use and manage, so your business can focus on doing what really matters. Millions of companies around the globe take benefit of essential tools offered by G Suite such as professional Gmail, Google drive storage, hangout video meetings, calendars, word or spreadsheet document editing and much more.

GSuite really makes it easy to get things done and work with anyone from anywhere within your organization, using any device you may choose. Sign up for G Suite and you will find it to be much more cost-effective than the other cloud or work productivity products out there in the market.

With G Suite, you will focus less on IT and more on activities that adds value to your website/blog.

Can you migrate my emails from Microsoft to G Suite?

Or you can run GSMMO from the command line to migrate data on behalf of another user.

How can you connect G Suite with Outlook?
Google offers G Suite Sync for Microsoft Outlook that allows you to use Microsoft Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013 and 2016 seamlessly with G Suite.

Your users can access their Gmail messages in Outlook using the IMAP protocol. With G Suite, you get the cost savings, security and reliability, while employees can continue using the interface they prefer for email, contacts, calendar and notes. The G Suite Sync download includes G Suite Migration for Microsoft Outlook to import existing data to G Suite. Can you use your own domain with G Suite? If you don’t have an existing domain, what should you do?
You need a domain to use G Suite. Your domain name is what appears after the www. in your website URL. If you already have a domain, enter it when you sign up for G Suite. (You’ll be asked to verify that you own the domain.) If you don’t have a domain or want to use a different one with G Suite, you can purchase a domain of your choice (if available) from Google domains. If your organization acquires a new domain name or does business at multiple domains, you can add all your domains to your account at no extra cost. Users can then have identities at one or more of your domains while sharing services as part of a single organization. And you can manage your domains from the same Admin console. Add a domain as either a separate domain or domain alias, depending on how you plan to use it.

Do you pay for a full year cost upfront or monthly?
Depending upon your country, you may have option to pay monthly or annually. Annual plans are offered only in some countries. Visit G suite pricing page to see if an annual plan is offered in your country.

What is considered as an user in terms of pricing?
A user is defined as one personalized email address (name@yourdomain). A user can have multiple email addresses by creating email aliases. Group email aliases (such as support@yourcompany) don't count as users. You can add up to 30 email aliases for each user.

Can you control users’ access to certain features or services?
Initially, most services are turned on for all of your users. You can use the Admin console to turn off services you don't want people to use, or to customize how services work. You have the option to enable the same settings for everyone or apply unique policies to different users. For example, you might turn on Hangouts just for your support team or allow only the marketing department to share public Google Sites.

No matter the size of your organization, it is recommended that you distribute the responsibility of managing your users and services among a select set of trusted users. You can grant a user administrative privileges by assigning them one of the available administrator roles. Assigning a role grants the user access to your Admin console. You can make a user a super administrator who can perform all tasks in the Admin console. You can also assign an administrator a role that limits which tasks the administrator can perform. For example, allowing them only to create groups, manage service settings, or reset a user's password.

If you are not sure and wants to try it out first, then sign up for G Suite trial using the link below you will get an email with your domain name and a suite of tools to get you started. You can sign up for G Suite trial with no commitment for 14 days.
